About Me
Peter Best
My core expertise is in the design, specification and project management of building projects including design, working drawing production, specifications/schedules and project management on site. I also have significant experience in property development and self build as well as recently developing an interest in the installation of renewable energy systems in domestic premises.

I used this firm for a full renovation of a substantial old stone and brick house and was delighted. Rather than a percentage of the contract value, we charge on a cost per square foot basis (yes, I am that old!). This way the cost is fixed for a given area of building or extension.
Once appointed, we can lead you through the design and build processes, liaising with the Planning and Building Control authorities. We can also help with choosing a builder and acting on your behalf with them through the construction phase if required.
You will only be dealing with me as Practice Principal, a professional with a proven track record, to provide a consistent and accountable service.
